Manufacturers’ service technicians only work on equipment manufactured by their employers. If, like most industrial operators, your HVAC system is built of components from various brands, service issues can rapidly become a three-ring circus of technicians, leading to delays and lost productivity.

At Hays, we service all major manufacturers, ensuring that your system is being serviced as a whole instead of an assembly of parts.

All Hays Service HVAC maintenance plans include preventative maintenance. We will customize a plan focused on regular cleaning, service, and upkeep of your equipment, keeping service interruptions to a minimum.

Hays Service also offers predictive maintenance services. Using vibration analysis and thermal imaging, our technicians can help reduce the chances of an equipment failure and actively identify specific equipment or components showing signs of failure before they become fully unserviceable.

Before services start, the lead technician for your HVAC maintenance plan will establish a plan and schedule for your facility, creating tasking specific to your needs and allowing you to build your schedule around services well in advance. Hays technicians use mobile technologies to keep track of tasking and schedules, so you never have to worry about when or how a scheduled service will take place – we manage your maintenance 100%.

If something does go wrong with your HVAC system, customers carrying a Hays maintenance contract receive priority service. Our skilled technicians will be there sooner, getting you back online as quickly as possible.

In your customer C.A.R.E. call, you’ll find out your HVAC system’s up/downtime for the year, a recap of all service calls, any issues that have arisen, and things you need to be aware of in the coming year. You can enter the following year’s contract with a better understanding of how Hays Service has benefitted your business and how they’ll continue doing so.

For customers with particularly large or mission-critical HVAC systems, Hays offers full-time onsite service technicians. A Hays team member will be onsite at your facility 40 hours a week, providing complete management, service, and emergency repair of your HVAC system. You’ll never need to worry about your equipment with a Hays technician taking care of everything from day-to-day operations to scheduling and performing regular maintenance.
