Fourth of July celebrations are always a great way to kick off the second half of the year. No matter what went on the first half, you have an opportunity to turn it around.
Independence Day always reminds me that my freedom to choose and select what I want to say and do is a great privilege. But, what does that have to do with Hays Service and our customers? Well, our customers have a lot of choices concerning how they want to keep their mechanical systems operating efficiently. They can hire maintenance people – direct and work them in-house, outsource to a provider, or maybe a combination of the two. We are available to assist them with these decisions and how they can avoid risk or take more risk. We have programs that allow them to do certain tasks in-house, and we work on the larger systems. If you have an existing facility provider who does a little of it all, we can supplement them in the more technical areas of controls and high-end predictive maintenance.
There is no one size fits all program, as we serve many different industries. Some customers are worried about their process and keeping machines comfortable or efficient. Others are worried about their people’s comfort, happiness, and productivity. We can create tailored maintenance plans to best fit your needs!
We always recommend that you let us review your processes and see where we can add value. There is no cost for this; it only requires some of your staff time. Many times, new customers are amazed at what can be done to save owning and operating cost. In case of electricity consumption, those savings can now be put into capital dollars for outdated equipment.
So, freedom to choose has a lot of areas of application. We want to help you in the last half of the year to maximize these choices and finish the year strong! As always, thanks for your business and confidence in our team.
